B4 Computers was originally setup as a call out service providing computer services in the local area.
 
Since then B4 computers has had to expand to support the ever growing needs of its existing customers.  
 
We now have a computer workshop in High Lane, Stockport that can accommodate speedy repairs. Our customers already use the workshop for friendly advice and the purchase of computer equipment. 
 
Due to the demand of our call out services we have had to employ more computer engineers.  Business Support
 
We know that our customers use their computers on many levels and we understand that some businesses fail when their computers don't operate correctly. 
 
This is why we have decided to offer an express service for customers who rely on computers as an essential business tool.
 
We want your computers to have minimal downtime.

Support Packages

We at B4 Computers are always looking for new ways to support our customers. Help with PC

Due to the popularity of our call out services we have to prioritise this service.  We understand that we are essentially, the IT department for over 100 local businesses and we have taken on more engineers to keep up with this demand.

Now we offer Support Packages to businesses who feel that our support could affect the success of their business and need B4 Computers to be on standby in case of an emergency.


We offer two levels of support:

LEVEL 1:      Telephone / Remote Support
This is a service where by we can remotely connect to your computer, whilst in conversation to you using the telephone.  Remote connect, means that one of our computer engineer’s can control your computer, via a broadband connection and no one has to move from their desk.
 
Terms - Telephone / Remote Support
We can only assist you via a broadband link.  This means that you must subscribe to a broadband connection.We can only assist you for a maximum duration of 1 hour and then we would recommend an onsite or workshop repair.

LEVEL 2:      24hr Onsite Support
This is a service offered when you need a computer engineer to be onsite within 24hrs of contacting B4 Computers, for a computer issue that is deemed business critical.
We can pull out all the stops to ensure that a computer engineer will be onsite to assist at the earliest time possible.
 
Terms – 24hr Onsite Support
This is a service that is offered Monday to Friday.  We can offer a separate support option to include Saturday’s.  A 24hr onsite support call made on a Friday, could in a worst case scenario, result in an onsite callout on a Monday.
We don’t guarantee that we will fix the issue within 24 hours, only that we will be onsite to assist within the 24 hour period.
We will have to charge our standard hourly rate for our services and this agreement does not cover insurance for hardware / software.  This is not within the agreement. We are always realistic with our charges as there is no fixed term period within this agreement.
